I am extremely pleased with the service I received last week. You exceeded my expectations and you got my computer up and running at an extremely reasonable rate - $154 dollars cheaper than BEST BUY to be exact which is quite significant! Geek Next Door included prompt service, courteousness, professionalism and reasonable rates - what more could I ask for. Anyhow, I will definitely use your services again and have already recommended you to friends.

After a bad experience with those idiots at OnCall 25/8 off of Duke St. I called these guys and had them help me with my PC not posting. I couldn't figure it out but thought perhaps it was my power supply that was bad. They brought a cool little power supply tester and verified what I already thought was the issue. They also brought with them a 750W power supply just in case, replaced the faulty one and I was back up and running within 30 minutes. WAAAAY Awesome though I did have to pay for the power supply which was $109.99 and $45.00 for the service. But, really. It was only $45.00 more than what I would have had to pay if I had tried to do this myself.

Very nice guys. They helped my sick computer when I was ready to put it to sleep..permanently. It's a little old and slow and I wanted to have them check to see if there was a way to increase performance. I was actually prepared to get a new computer but since I like XP and have heard horror stories about Vista I called them first. They really did a good job. the tech installed some extra memory, disabled some startup programs, and cleaned it out. Now it runs much faster and I can wait to get a new computer. With current computer costs between 450.00 to 800.00 dollars for what I use them for I only payed 90.00 for the hour the tech was here and 45.00 for the memory. 135.00 vice 450.00 to 800.00 is a deal.

I emailed them with a problem I had with my computer and an error message that I was receiving. They responded quickly and gave me a step to step walk through of how to fix the problem. Best of all, they didn't even charge me even though I asked.
I was absolutely stunned. Where everybody else charges for anything (airlines, Cell Phone companies, etc.) they were willing to help me for free. All they asked was that I would recommend them. So here I am.

Highly recommend! They fixed my daughters laptop (it had a virus) and increased the performance on my office computer.
My daughter got the virus from using Limewire. Ben, the technician, helped explain how we got it and how to protect us from future infection. He was really nice and explained everything that he was doing.
Overall the entire service cost me a whopping $90.00. Much cheaper than other so called "Geeks" that I called and he came the same day.

I contacted Geek Next Door based on the Yahoo Local ratings already posted. My laptop had slowly been having more problems. I spoke with Rick and he gave me the bad news that it was probably the mother board - not what I wanted to hear but also honest! He could have easily come out, ran a bunch of diagnostics and charged me all to tell me the same thing. He was professional and honest! While I did not use their services this time, I would in the future with no hesitation!

My husband and I are really happy with the work you did in regards to retrieving all our lost pictures and documents on our hard drive. I thought they were lost for good, but then you came through! Even though we have moved further away from you than we used to be, we knew that we didn't want any body else touching it and it was worth sending you our hard drive to get them retrieved!
